How we handle your data.
This notice explains what we collect when you visit regaliavowstech.com or get in touch with the studio, how we use it and the rights you have over it. We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and to deliver the work we are engaged to perform.
Last reviewed: May 2026. We refresh this notice annually and whenever practice changes — please review with counsel before launch.

1. Who we are
Regalia Vows Tech is an independent design and technology studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘the studio’ in this notice mean Regalia Vows Tech. You can reach our data point of contact at hello@regaliavowstech.com.

2. What we collect
When you fill the contact form we collect the name, email, company name, project category, indicative budget and the message you write to us. When you visit the site we collect standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp) and anonymous aggregated analytics. We do not collect special-category personal data and we ask you not to send it to us.

3. Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver projects you have engaged us for, to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Lawful basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (you chose to write to us) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. For active client engagements we process data on the basis of the contract we signed with you.

5. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted. Active project files: for the duration of the engagement plus seven years to satisfy UAE record-keeping obligations. Server logs: 90 days, rotating.

6. Who we share it with
Trusted infrastructure providers we cannot operate the business without — our email host, hosting platform, analytics provider and accounting software. All are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the GCC except where the service provider is based in a region with equivalent protections.

7. Cookies and analytics
We use one first-party cookie to remember your language preference. We use privacy-friendly analytics that aggregates page views without tracking individuals across sites. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no fingerprinting.

8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to export it in a portable format or to restrict how we use it. Write to hello@regaliavowstech.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can lodge a complaint with the relevant UAE supervisory authority.

9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Production systems are access-controlled, audited and patched on a regular cadence. We follow the principle of least privilege internally and we run an annual security review.

10. Children
Our site and services are aimed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the law, our practice or the services we offer change. We will date every revision at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days.
