Studio

An independent studio at the seam of craft, code and commerce.

Regalia Vows Tech is a small, senior studio in Dubai. We work with UAE founders and operators on the launches that will define their next chapter — and we treat a logo with the same obsessive care as a production-grade web platform.

A note from the founder

We started this studio for the projects nobody else would take whole.

For years I watched briefs get carved up between vendors who never met. The brand agency couldn’t talk to the engineers; the engineers couldn’t talk to the people running the launch; nobody owned the whole arc. Regalia Vows Tech exists to keep all of that under one roof — a small, senior team in Dubai that takes responsibility for the brand, the platform and what happens after launch.

Values

What we hold to.

Craft

Detail is the difference between work that ships and work that lasts. We sweat the kerning, the hover state and the dB level — because the audience always feels the things we hoped they’d miss.

Clarity

Plain writing, clear scopes and decisions made in the room. If we can’t explain it to your CFO in a sentence, we haven’t finished thinking about it. The work is only ever as honest as the brief that drives it.

Curiosity

We hire for it. We protect time for it. We hand it to clients. The teams who let us bring questions to the table get the strongest work; the teams who answer ‘because we’ve always done it that way’ get exactly that.

Care

For people, for data, for the work and for the launches that follow. We pick up the phone post-launch, we own the bugs we ship and we never treat handover as someone else’s problem.

Courage

Strong work needs a brave room. We tell you when an idea isn’t worth pursuing, when a deadline is wishful thinking and when the safer route is the wrong one. You can disagree — and often should.

Continuity

We work with a small number of clients each year and we stay close after launch — long arcs let us think in seasons rather than sprints, and that’s where compounding really shows up.

Operating principles

Five rules we run on.

They sound obvious. They aren’t, in practice. We test new hires and new clients against these — and we walk away from work that needs us to break them.

  1. 01

    One studio, one room.

No sub-sub-contractors. Designers, engineers and producers sit in the same standup and share one backlog.

  2. 02

    Show, don’t deck.

Weekly demos of the real thing. The slide that summarises the work is always shorter than the work itself.

  3. 03

    Decide on dates.

Every decision has a person and a date. Open loops are tracked in writing and closed in days, not quarters.

  4. 04

    Measure what matters.

Every brief carries two or three metrics worth defending to a CFO. Vanity numbers stay out of the deck.

  5. 05

    Stay after launch.

We instrument what we ship, watch it land and tune it. The next quarter is part of this engagement, not the next pitch.
